Privacy notice
Updated . This notice covers the request form on this site and any files you send for a Long-Lead Check.
What the form collects
Your name (optional), work email, company, the text of your request and your privacy acknowledgment. The form also sends a one-time submission reference so a retry is not delivered twice.
Where it goes
The request is emailed to Mike Rodgers at mike@rodgersintelligence.com through Resend, an email delivery service. To limit abuse, the server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address in temporary memory for rate limiting; it is not written to a database. The page keeps an unconfirmed request in your browser tab so you can retry it; it is removed once the request is confirmed.
How it is used
Only to reply to your request. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not sold.
Page view counts
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. For each view, Vercel records the time, the page address, the referring page, filtered query parameters, approximate location (country, region and city), browser, operating system and device type. Vercel states that it collects no identifiers that follow a visitor across websites and uses no third-party cookies; it tells visitors apart by a hash created from the request and discards visitor sessions after 24 hours (vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy, read 2026-09-25). We read these counts only as totals. The site loads no advertising scripts and sets no cookies of its own.
Files you send later
Exports and emails you send for a Long-Lead Check are used only for your engagement. Models run on hardware we own by default, and a third-party model API is used only if you opt in, in writing. Your documents are not used to train any model. You own your data and every output. Files are deleted within 30 days of the end of the engagement, with written confirmation.
